Common use of Transfers of Global Notes and Interests Therein Clause in Contracts

Transfers of Global Notes and Interests Therein. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Notes, transfers of a Global Note, in whole or in part, and transfers of interests therein of the kind described in clauses (ii), (iii) or (iv) below, shall be made only in accordance with this Section 6(c), and all transfers of an interest in the Temporary Regulation S Global Note or the Permanent Regulation S Global Note shall comply with Section 6(c)(iv) or (v) below, as applicable.
