TRANSFERS OF GLOBAL NOTES IN WHOLE. Subject to clauses (ii) through (iv) of this Section 2.07(b) and Section 2.07(c) herein, transfers of a Global Note shall be limited to transfers of such Global Note in whole, but not in part, to the Depositary or to nominees of the Depositary or to a successor of the Depositary or such successor's nominee.
