Transfers of Grandfathered TCCs. 17.8.2.1 Grandfathered TCCs may be transferred (whether through sale or otherwise) in the same manner in which other types of TCCs may be transferred pursuant to Attachment M; provided, however, if a Transmission Owner sells Grandfathered TCCs, the Transmission Owner shall do so either through Direct Sales or through Centralized TCC Auctions or Reconfiguration Auctions, as provided in Attachment M of the ISO OATT.
