Common use of Transfers of Mortgage Loans at Election of Transferor Clause in Contracts

Transfers of Mortgage Loans at Election of Transferor. Subject to the conditions set forth below, the Transferor may, but shall not be obligated to, require the transfer of Mortgage Loans from the Trust to the Transferor as of the close of business on a Distribution Date (the "Transfer Date"). On the fifth Business Day (the "Transfer Notice Date") prior to the Transfer Date designated in such notice, the Transferor shall give the Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Credit Enhancer a notice of the proposed transfer that contains a list of the Mortgage Loans to be transferred. Such transfers of Mortgage Loans shall be permitted upon satisfaction of the following conditions:
