Common use of Transfers of Restricted Certificated Notes Clause in Contracts

Transfers of Restricted Certificated Notes. If a holder of Certificated Notes that bear or are required to bear the legends set forth in the form of Note attached as Exhibit A hereto (“Restricted Certificated Notes”) wishes at any time to transfer such Restricted Certificated Notes or to exchange such Restricted Certificated Notes, such exchange or transfer may be effected only in accordance with the provisions of this Section 6(b).
