Transfers or Withdrawals by Investors. The Borrowers shall not permit the transfer or withdrawal by Investors (individually or in the aggregate) of more than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate Capital Commitments (other than upon expiration of such Capital Commitments at scheduled maturity as provided in the Subscription Documents) without obtaining the written consent of Administrative Agent.
