Transfers to Other Holders. (a) Transfers of REUs or Transfer Restricted Common Units by the Grantee to Other Holders are not permitted unless the Administrator provides his prior written consent pursuant Section 3.1 or Section 3.3. Prior to a Transfer of any REUs or Transfer Restricted Common Units to any Other Holder, the Other Holder must consent in writing to be bound by this Agreement as an Other Holder and deliver such consent to the Administrator.
