Transfers Within Regulation S Global Notes During Distribution Compliance Period. If, during the Distribution Compliance Period, the Beneficial Owner of an interest in a Regulation S Global Note wishes at any time to transfer its beneficial interest in such Regulation S Global Note to a Person who wishes to take delivery thereof in the form of a Regulation S Global Note, such Beneficial Owner may transfer or cause the transfer of such beneficial interest for an equivalent beneficial interest in such Regulation S Global Note only upon compliance with the provisions of this Section 4.02(l)(iv)
