Transfers Within Regulation S Global Notes During Restricted Period. If, during the Restricted Period, the Beneficial Owner of an interest in a Regulation S Global Note wishes at any time to transfer its beneficial interest in such Trust Certificate to a Person who wishes to take delivery thereof in the form of a Regulation S Global Note, such Beneficial Owner may transfer or cause the transfer of such beneficial interest for an equivalent beneficial interest in such Regulation S Global Note only upon compliance with the provisions of this subsection 4.02(j)(iv)
