Transfers Without Cost. Where the Contract has been set up under a SIMPLE IRA Plan of an employer who made all contributions to the SIMPLE IRAs of a designated trustee or issuer, within the meaning of Code Section 408(p)(7), the Owner’s balance under the Contract may be transferred without cost or penalty, within the meaning of Code Section 408(p)(7), to another IRA of the Owner or to another eligible retirement plan in accordance with Code Section 408(d)(3)(A) and (G).
