Transformation Objectives. Supplier shall be required to conduct transformation activities to enable Company to achieve the transformation objectives set forth in the Transformation Plan (collectively, the “Transformation Objectives”), which objectives shall include performing all Transformation activities necessary to provide the Services as set forth in Exhibit 2 (Statement of Work) (“Transformation”).
