Transition Collections. The Seller shall promptly remit to the Buyer any proceeds received from any Accounts Receivable that constitute Purchased Assets, regardless of when such proceeds are received or whether such proceeds were obtained as a result of the collections efforts of the Seller.

Transition Collections. The Seller shall promptly remit to the Buyer any proceeds received from any Accounts Receivable that constitute Purchased Assets, regardless of when such proceeds are received or whether such proceeds were obtained as a result of the collections efforts of the Seller. At the reasonable request of the Buyer (and at the cost of the Buyer should Seller incur actual third party expense), the Seller shall make best efforts to assist in the collection of any and all outstanding Accounts Receivable.
