Transition from TEX-AN 2000 Agreements. Vendor shall use its best efforts to cooperate with all TEX-AN 2000 Providers in ensuring the orderly transition from their provision of services under the applicable TEX-AN 2000 Agreements to Vendor's provision of Services under this CTSA.
