TRANSITION OPTION. In the event Novell sells the Envoy technology and assigns this Agreement to the buyer thereof, either Novell or the buyer may, at its option, waive the Minimum Guaranteed Payments that Licensee would otherwise be required to make and the exclusive license with respect to the Leve▇ ▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇nted to Licensee pursuant to this Agreement shall become non-exclusive. The foregoing option may only be exercised within 90 days of the closing date of the sale of the Envoy technology.
