Transition Procedures. Upon the expiration or termination of the Term of this Lease, for whatever reason, Lessor and Lessee shall do the following (and the provisions of this Section 35.2 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement until they have been fully performed) and, in general, shall cooperate in good faith to effect an orderly transition of the management lease or of the Facility.
