Common use of Transition Services Management Process Clause in Contracts

Transition Services Management Process. Each party will appoint an individual who will serve as its Transition Services Manager, and the names of such appointed individuals shall be set forth in Schedule C. The parties, including their respective Transition Services Managers, shall conduct meetings and manage interactions in accordance with Schedule C. The Transition Services Managers shall meet as expeditiously as possible to resolve any dispute hereunder. Any dispute that is not resolved by the Transition Services Managers within 45 days shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Article IX of the Separation Agreement.
