Transition to IBT Constitution. Except as otherwise provided by this Merger Agreement or in the BLET or TCRC Bylaws, the provisions of the IBT Constitution shall apply on and after January 1, 2004. The BLET Bylaws and the TCRC Bylaws shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with the IBT Constitution.
