Transmission Approvals. The obligation of the Parties to perform this Agreement is further conditioned upon the receipt of U.S. Transmission Approvals and Québec Line Approvals, in each case, on or prior to the date such U.S. Transmission Approvals are required to be obtained in accordance with the TSA or Québec Line Approvals are required to be obtained in accordance with this Agreement.
