Transmission Facilities Maintenance. Nexstar personnel will maintain and repair (as needed) the transmission facilities of Nexstar’s Stations. Subject to direction and control by Mission management personnel, Nexstar personnel will also maintain and repair (as needed) the transmission facilities of Mission’s Stations.
