By such means as will permit Custodian to take timely action with respect thereto, Subcustodian will promptly notify Custodian upon receiving notices or reports, or otherwise becoming aware, of corporate action affecting Securities held in the Account (including, but not limited to, calls for redemption, mergers, consolidations, reorganizations, recapitalizations, tender offers, rights offerings, exchanges, subscriptions and other offerings) and dividend, interest and other income payments relating to such Securities.
