Transmission of Orders, Maintenance of Records. The Distributor will transmit promptly any orders received by the Distributor for the purchase or redemption of Shares in Creation Units to the transfer agent of the Company and maintain records of both orders placed with the Distributor and confirmation of acceptance furnished by the Distributor. In addition, the Distributor will maintain a record of the instructions given to the applicable Fund to implement the delivery of its Shares.
