Transmission of Original Signatures and Executing Multiple Counterparts. Original signatures transmitted and received via facsimile or other electronic transmission of a scanned document (e.g., pdf or similar format) are true and valid signatures for all purposes hereunder and shall bind the Parties to the same extent as that of original signatures. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to constitute an original but all of which together shall constitute only one document.

This Amendment No. 3 may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered (including without limitation via facsimile or .pdf transmission) will be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument and will be binding upon the Parties.

  • Counterparts; Fax Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including executed counterparts delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission) with the same effect as if all signing parties had originally signed the same document, and all counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute the same instrument. For all purposes, signatures delivered and exchanged by facsimile transmission shall be binding and effective to the same extent as original signatures.
