TRANSMISSION OF UNITS. 12 (A) (i) In case of the death of any one joint Holder the survivor or survivors shall be the only person or persons recognized by the Manager and the Trustee as having any title to or interest in the Units held by such joint Holders; and upon production of such evidence of death as the Manager may require and the delivery of the relevant Certificate the remaining Holder or Holders shall be entitled to have such Certificate duly marked or to have a fresh Certificate duly issued in his or their name or names, as the case may be.
