Transmitted Programming. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, TESC shall have the right to transmit each of the Services to Subscribers on each of the following bases: (i) as a subscription service whereby Subscribers can make Subscription Purchases; (ii) on a PPV basis whereby Subscribers can make PPV Purchases; (iii) as part of an Adult Package transmitted for PPV Purchases and/or Subscription Purchases; (iv) if made available by Playboy, in its sole and absolute discretion, on a video on demand basis whereby Subscribers can make VOD Purchases; and (v) to the extent made available by Playboy in its sole and absolute discretion, on a SVOD basis made available to Subscribers either for no charge or for a fee.
