Common use of Transport of materials Clause in Contracts

Transport of materials. The contractor shall make his own arrangements for transport of all materials. The Executive Engineer/Engineer in charge is not bound to arrange for priority in getting wagons or any other materials though all possible assistance by way of recommendation will be given if it is found necessary in his opinion, if the recommendation proves to be in- effective, the contractor shall have no claim for any compensation on that account.
