Transport planning. To avoid damage during internal and external transport, suitable means of transport must be planned. The means of transport shall be documented in the work plans. To avoid any mixing of batches and to ensure traceability, unfinished parts, parts purchased from subcontractors and parts from in-house production must be processed and delivered according to the principle of “First In - First Out”. The Supplier is obliged to give IMS CS a guarantee of traceability right through to its sub-suppliers. For this purpose, parts or their containers must be suitably labelled with the batch unit indicator and revision status. The revision status must also be indicated on the delivery note.

Transport planning. In relation to Local Transport Plans: – • TGK partners will act to strengthen co-operation with and between the Local Transport Authorities and Local Planning Authorities in the production of their Local Transport Plans, acting primarily through KCC and MC. • XXXX will render assistance through the provision of advice and guidance on the interpretation of policy and published guidance, through providing feedback on draft LTPs, and through disseminating knowledge, experience and expertise in the operation of the LTP system. • HA will meet with LTAs under the TGKP umbrella and separately as necessary to provide knowledge-based input into strategic roads and demand management aspects of LTPs.
Transport planning. The Operator acknowledges that TfNSW or any Governmental Agency may make policy decisions in relation to the development and implementation of transport planning in the State as it sees fit. Nothing in this Contract restricts this.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to airplane, train, bus, and taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the method of and necessity for travel. Transportation will be accomplished and reimbursed in accordance with the best interest of the State. An employee who chooses and is approved to use an alternate method of transportation will be reimbursed only for the method that reflects the best interest of the State.
