Transport Service. 6.1. This clause 6 of the General Terms and Conditions shall be applied to a Merchant who has ordered a Transport Service through Maksekeskus. Transport Service shall mean carriage service and parcel storage which shall be offered by Maksekeskus’ cooperation partner(s) (the “Service Provider”) chosen by the Merchant.
6.2. Transport Service is an Additional Service within the meaning of General Conditions.
6.3. Transport Service is provided by Service Providers listed in the Website of Maksekeskus. The Transport Service provided shall be subject to relevant service provision conditions set forth by the Service Provider.
6.4. The Transport Service can be ordered by the Merchant upon concluding an Agreement with Maksekeskus. To order the Transport Service, the Merchant must submit a relevant request on the Website of Maksekeskus. When the Merchant submits an order for the Transport Service, an agreement (the „Agreement for Mediation of Transport Service“) is considered to be concluded as per conditions set in the current General Terms and Conditions, according to which Maksekeskus shall mediate the Transport Service to the Merchant provided by the Service Provider.
6.5. The Transport Service shall be used by the Buyer, who purchases products from the e-shop of the Merchant who has concluded an agreement for the provision of the Transport Service. Submission of an order for Transport Service (the „Order“) takes place automatically via the Website of Maksekeskus when the Buyer has confirmed its Order on the Website of Maksekeskus.
6.6. The Service Provider shall complete the Order according to the content of the Order.
6.7. Maksekeskus shall issue an invoice to the Merchant for the Transport Service at the beginning of each month for the Transport Service provided by the Service Provider in the previous month. Maksekeskus and the Merchant shall settle the amount of the issued invoice according to the General Terms and Conditions.
6.8. The Merchant confirms that they are aware that Maksekeskus mediates the provision of the Transport Service by the Service Provider and that Maksekeskus itself does not provide the Transport Service.
6.9. All disputes regarding the Transport Service shall be resolved according to the Agreement for Mediation of Transport Service and the General Terms and Conditions.
6.10. Maksekeskus is not responsible for the quality of the Transport Service, including any damage done to the Merchant and/or the Buyer in relation to the Transport Se...
Transport Service. During the term of the License Agreement, or as otherwise agreed in writing executed by the Parties, Revance shall provide List with the reasonable services of a passenger van and driver, at no cost to List, to transport List personnel between List's Xxxxxxxx facility and the GMP Facility ("Transport Service"). The Transport Service shall operate on a schedule, and provide such additional assistance to transport personnel and materials between the List facility in Xxxxxxxx and the GMP Facility in Newark, established by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Transport Service a. “Transport service”. Transport Contractor will provide transport service, including loading at and transporting permitted waste from the Transfer Station, and transporting to and discharging it at the Disposal Facility. Transport Contractor will begin providing transport service on the date directed by County Notice given at least one month in advance. Transfer Station is named on the cover of this Transport Contract and further identified in Attachment 3.01a. Transport Service. Whenever possible, the Employer will provide adequate transport services for all departments and units during all working hours.
Transport Service a. LOX will sub-contract transport services for shipments from LOX to THA’s customers to independent, Third Party transport carriers.
b. The Transport Service shall include the outbound transport service, which means delivery of Products from the Facility to customers; as well as the collection of returns from customers and delivery of returns to the Facility, when required.
c. LOX shall take reasonable care to ensure that Products are safely and securely loaded onto the vehicles for transport so as to avoid injury to people and damage to the Products.
d. LOX shall accurately record any delivery problems or incidents.
e. It is agreed that it will be LOX’s responsibility to organize outbound transportation according to the Quality Agreement and any applicable law and regulation based on the selection of THA. The process will be as follow : -THA will be responsible for the selection of service for the goods (temperature controlled. Theratechnologies Europe Limited-Loxxess Pharma GmbH Agreement 23/06/2020 5 -based on that selection LOX will make if available a recommendation of transport service providers that LOX has qualified and audited (controlled). -THA will have to select the transport service provider, preferable one proposed by LOX.
Transport Service. If requested by the State, the Contractor shall provide transport services to move the equipment from the agency location to the Contractor’s secure facility. This fee is the actual cost incurred and must be quoted in writing with not to exceed pricing specified. The State reserves the right to require documentary evidence of actual costs through third party invoices, receipts, etc. The Contractor shall perform its due diligence to secure the most competitive price available for the transport services. All transport must be approved by MnDOT in writing prior to any equipment being moved. The State reserves the right to request additional quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Contractor must confirm pick up locations and requirements with the ordering entity. Prior to pick up, the Contractor is responsible for confirming in writing with the ordering entity that the pickup location will accommodate loading the equipment. Contractor must notify the receiving entity at least 72 hours before pickup to allow for inspection and compliance. No pickup can be made on a State Holiday (as defined in Minn. Stat. § 645.44, subd. 5), on Saturday or Sunday, or after 3:00 p.m. Central Time on weekdays, without prior written approval by the ordering entity.
Transport Service. It refers to the road passenger transportation service provided by the CARRIER to COMPANY CUSTOMERS. These services include local transfers, airport transfers and hourly rental services.
Transport Service. The land passenger transport service offered by the CARRIER. TRANSPORT SERVICES include local transfers (city rides, e.g. from one accommodation facility to another accommodation facility) and airport transfers (to or from an airport, port or train station) from a certain point of departure to a specific destination or from a certain point of departure without a defined destination. TRANSPORT SERVICES also include hourly bookings (provision of a vehicle with driver for a certain period of time).
Transport Service. Purchased Capacity may not be utilized for IP Transit Service and does not include Collocate Service, Third Party Service or Ancillary Services. The dollar amount of the Purchased Capacity is equivalent to the dollar amount of the Purchase Price.
