Transportation Agreement. Within six (6) Months from the Effective Date, the Contractor shall enter into the Crude Oil Transfer Agreement with ROC and Transporter which shall embody the principles in this Heads of Agreement and it may include such other provisions as customarily used by international petroleum industry and shall continue in effect as long as the Contract is in effect.
Transportation Agreement. The Parties agree that the Park City Municipal Corporation and Summit County Interlocal Transportation Agreement, dated February 1, 2006, and its First Amendment, dated December 15, 2009, wherein the entities jointly agreed to provide for a system of public transit managed by Park City Transit, shall terminate on June 30, 2021, and shall thereafter be of no further legal force or effect. The City shall submit to the County invoices, and County shall remit payment to the City, for transit expenses incurred before July 1, 2021 that are subject to payment under the terms of the Transportation Agreement. In lieu of Section 2.3 of the Transportation Agreement, Disposition of Property Upon Termination of Agreement, the Parties agree as follows:
Transportation Agreement. In order to bid on a transport or to offer a transport, you and your transportation contracting party shall have a binding agreement in effect for such transportation services (“Loadboard Transpor- tation Agreement”). It is your responsibility to ensure that such a Loadboard Transportation Agreement is in place and that such Loadboard Transportation Agreement and any performance of it is not in breach or violation of any law, li- cense or regulation, including but not limited to, applicable cabotage regula- tions.

We do not take any responsibility regarding the lawfulness of the Logify Transportation Agreement and the conditions set out therein nor do we take any responsibility regarding the lawfulness of the performance of the trans- portation. Further, we do not take responsibility for how you and any other cus- tomer use the Service and/or process the data that you send to them.

Transportation Agreement. FirstGuard and Xxxxx Health Services shall have amended the transportation agreement to which they are each a party on the terms set forth on Schedule 6.20 hereto, such amendment to become effective upon the Closing Date.
