Transportation Agreement. Within six (6) Months from the Effective Date, the Contactor shall enter into the Crude Oil Transfer Agreement with SOC and Transporter which shall embody the principles in this Heads of Agreement and it may include such other provisions as customarily used by international petroleum industry and shall continue in effect as long as this Contract is in effect. Transportation Agreement. The Parties agree that the Park City Municipal Corporation and Summit County Interlocal Transportation Agreement, dated February 1, 2006, and its First Amendment, dated December 15, 2009, wherein the entities jointly agreed to provide for a system of public transit managed by Park City Transit, shall terminate on June 30, 2021, and shall thereafter be of no further legal force or effect. The City shall submit to the County invoices, and County shall remit payment to the City, for transit expenses incurred before July 1, 2021 that are subject to payment under the terms of the Transportation Agreement. In lieu of Section 2.3 of the Transportation Agreement, Disposition of Property Upon Termination of Agreement, the Parties agree as follows:
Transportation Agreement. In order to bid on a transport or to offer a transport, you and your transportation contracting party shall have a binding agreement in effect for such transportation services (“Loadboard Transpor- tation Agreement”). It is your responsibility to ensure that such a Loadboard Transportation Agreement is in place and that such Loadboard Transportation Agreement and any performance of it is not in breach or violation of any law, li- cense or regulation, including but not limited to, applicable cabotage regula- tions.
Transportation Agreement. In order to book a transport or to offer a transport, you and your transportation contracting party may have to enter into an agreement for such transportation services (“Logify Transportation Agreement”). We do not take any responsibility regarding the lawfulness of the Logify Transportation Agreement and the conditions set out therein nor do we take any responsibility regarding the lawfulness of the performance of the trans- portation. Further, we do not take responsibility for how you and any other cus- tomer use the Service and/or process the data that you send to them.
Transportation Agreement. √Student / Participant understands that they have waived any claims against the Tarrant County College District (the “District”) in the event of accident, injury or death as a result of travel to or from the activity/event. √Student / Participant agrees to meet the sponsoring faculty/staff at designated times and locations for the activity/event. Failure to do so may result in the group's departure without the Student / Participant. √Student / Participant agrees to notify the sponsoring faculty/staff prior to the activity/event if unable to attend. √If a Student / Participant utilizes private transportation to attend an activity/event, that activity/event is deemed to commence upon arrival at the activity/event.

Transportation Agreement. The District agrees to guarantee seven (7) hours for Transportation employees, from the current minimum of four (4) hours, so the District can retain our current employees and attract new future. The parties agree the seven (7) hour guarantee may be publicized for hiring purposes immediately. (2021-22) The District would like to maintain Transportation employees at ten (10) month to ensure a clear separation between summer school programs and regular school year program.
Transportation Agreement. The staff of the RAF Lakenheath Youth Center School Age Care Program will transport my child to and from field trips. Prior notification will be communicated for planned field trips. The staff will note in writing the times of my child’s arrival and departure from the School Age Program on AF Form 1930. I acknowledge that my child cannot be signed out during transportation for accountability purposes.
