Transportation Management. Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

Such programs may include, without limitation: (i) restrictions on the number of peak-hour vehicle trips generated by Tenant; (ii) increased vehicle occupancy; (iii) implementation of an in-house ridesharing program and an employee transportation coordinator; (iv) working with employees and any Project, Building or area-wide ridesharing program manager; (v) instituting employer-sponsored incentives (financial or in-kind) to encourage employees to rideshare; and (vi) utilizing flexible work shifts for employees.

Transportation Management. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole expense, fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, when the same have been mandated by an outside governmental authority having jurisdiction therefor and not when required for the convenience of Landlord. In connection therewith, Tenant shall be responsible for the transportation planning and management for all of Tenant’s employees while located at the Premises, by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities reasonably designated by Landlord. Such programs may include, without limitation:

Tenant shall comply with all present or future programs required by Applicable Law (provided Landlord provides Tenant with sufficient prior notice of such program's requirements) which are intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Project, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
Transportation Management. Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs implemented by the Association or Landlord or required by any County, State or Federal Legal requirements (including the Covenants), to manage parking, transportation, air pollution or emissions, or traffic in and around the Building or the metropolitan area in which the Building is located.
Transportation Management. Landlord has entered into an agreement with the Department of City Planning to implement a Transportation Management Program (“TMP”) for tenants and their employees, and to participate in a program designed to coordinate commute alternatives, marketing, and brokerage for greater downtown employees. During the term of the TMP, Landlord agrees to provide transportation brokerage and commute assistance services to Tenant, and to assist Tenant in meeting the transportation needs of its employees. Tenant agrees to cooperate with and assist Landlord’s TMP Coordinator (“Coordinator”), through designation of a responsible employee, to distribute to Tenant’s employees written materials encouraging the use of public transit and ridesharing, and to distribute and return to the Coordinator transportation survey questionnaire forms.
