Transportation and Accommodation. A seventy five (75) kilometer free zone shall be established around the center of every city, town or village in which employees reside and around every place where accommodation is provided and/or paid for by the Employer. This zone shall apply to all persons covered by this Agreement except local residents.

Transportation and Accommodation. Flights would be paid by Community Nursing to & from the closest airport to the Page37 employees’ home. Home is determined by the employee’s Canadian driver’s licence or for non-Canadian citizens it would be the closest city to point of entry to Canada.
Transportation and Accommodation. 12.01 The Company shall arrange for, and assume all cost of, the transportation of employees from their home port to work locations and return. 12.02 When an employee is performing their normal duties, either working, traveling or laying over, in connection with a log barge, the Company shall provide such an employee with accommodation. If there is an attending tug present at a work location then such accommodation and meals shall be provided aboard it and if there is no attending tug present at a work location then such accommodation and meals shall be provided at a logging camp or other suitable place. This section shall not apply to an employee who is working on repair and maintenance in home port. 12.03 Each employee will receive a trip meal allowance of seventy dollars ($70.00) cash, per twenty-four (24) hour period, with which they will purchase their own restaurant meals. Entitlement is renewable in half-day increments (i.e. thirty-five dollars [$35.00] per twelve [12] hours) beyond the first twenty-four (24) period. This is not applicable to an employee who is working on repair and maintenance in home port (i.e., does not apply to dockside lunches). Nor is it applicable (beyond the first twenty-four [24] hours) to extended tug travel and/or weather bound situations where meals are provided on the tug or in the camp. Employees reporting for a non-dump will receive a half-day payment. When a vessel is dumping and reloading in the same location, i.e., Xxxx Sound, Port Alberni, Quatsino Inlet, Prince Rupert, the crew shall only be paid the seventy-dollar ($70.00) twenty-four hour meal allowance. When employees are working in the United States of America, all meal allowances shall be paid in U.S. dollars. 12.04 Accommodation in hotels/logging camps to be single man rooms when available. 12.05 Employee vehicles can be used on Company business only if authorized by the Company. 12.06 When an employee's vehicle is used on Company business, the employee will be reimbursed on the basis of fifty cents ($0.50) per kilometer. Should the Company amend its corporate mileage policy, any changes would automatically apply. 12.07 The Company agrees to reimburse the employee for the difference between standard rate and business rate insurance to those employees requested by the Company to use their vehicles on Company business. 12.08 An employee shall arrange with the Company for adequate insurance coverage before using their motor vehicle on Company business. 12.09 I...
Transportation and AccommodationUnless otherwise specified in the Call-Off Order, Contractor shall be responsible, at its own cost, for providing: (a) all transportation and accommodation for all Personnel; and (b) all transportation for all Equipment and all other things whether of a temporary or permanent nature that Contractor is required to provide in accordance with the provisions specified in or reasonably to be inferred from this MSA. Where any part of the Work is to be carried out offshore, Company shall provide, at no cost to Contractor: (a) routine transportation for all Personnel and Equipment capable of transportation by helicopter or supply boat between the Mobilisation Point and the offshore part of the Worksite; and (b) offshore accommodation for such Personnel as agreed in this MSA. The costs of any non-routine transportation or any transportation requested by Contractor in connection with the rectification of any failure, defect or other deficiency that Contractor is required to carry out under this MSA may, at Company’s sole discretion, be recovered from Contractor. Company or, as applicable, the relevant member of Company Group, shall at all times retain title to Company Provided Items. Company shall deliver to or make available Company Provided Items for collection by Contractor. The specific requirements of such delivery or making available, including dates, locations and methods shall be as set out in this MSA or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. Forthwith upon such delivery or making available Contractor shall: (a) as applicable, accept delivery of or collect such Company Provided Items; and (b) provide confirmation of receipt of the same to Company in writing. Upon receipt of any Company Provided Items, Contractor shall: (a) suitably xxxx or clearly identify the same as the property of Company; and (b) make an immediate visual inspection and check all supporting documentation and within forty-eight (48) hours of the same or, in any event, prior to use, give notice to Company of any defect or damage discovered by such inspection, and in the absence of such notification, such Company Provided Items shall be deemed to have been provided in a complete and undamaged state. Transportation and Accommodation. 10.1 The Contractor has to arrange his own conveyance / transport for his team and materials etc. Contractor must have a vehicle for the transportation of his staff in Sriharikota. It must be noted by the contractor that his staff has to travel about 20 to 30 km daily to reach various work spots. The Department will not provide any transport to the personnel of the contractor. 10.2 The Contractor shall make his own arrangements for lodging and boarding of his maintenance team during the period of contract. Contractor will not be permitted to construct any shed inside the range for the purpose. Accommodation may be arranged subject to availability, on chargeable basis. Private accommodation is available at Sullurupeta but not in SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota (Sullurupeta is 18 kms from Sriharikota).

Transportation and AccommodationDuring the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive, on an after-tax basis (i) round-trip plane transportation up to 50 times each year from Maine to York, Pennsylvania, aboard a King Air 200 (or the equivalent, in terms of cost to the Company, in other air transportation to other destinations each year, provided that either the beginning point or destination of such other air transportation is York, Pennsylvania, with any unused trips being carried forward to future years), and (ii) suitable accommodations and use of an automobile in the York, Pennsylvania area, as determined by the Board in its reasonable discretion.
