Transportation Liability. Supplier agrees that in any case where freight regulations covering goods transported by common carrier establish a maximum limit on the carrier’s liability for loss or damage suffered in transit, Supplier will be liable to Buyer for any loss or damage in excess of such maximum limit up to the full price of the goods.

The employer is required to take out insurance to cover this liability, however without being able to make a claim against the party against whom he or she is liable.
2. The employee who, at the employer's direction, uses his or her own vehicle during work or in fulfilling the job, is required to have a clause included in the insurance policy indicating that the employer is co-insured, if the latter is liable for compensation for damages in addition to or the place of the employee pursuant to Book 6, Article 170 of the DCC.
