Common use of Transportation of Damaged Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Transportation of Damaged Vehicle. We will pay You up to a maximum RM200.00 as Towing Charges for taking Your Vehicle to either the nearest Repairer or towing the vehicle by returning it to Your address as shown on the Schedule or towing it to a secure place for it to be garaged, provided Your Vehicle has been damaged by circumstances described in this section.
