Transporting Patients Sample Clauses
The 'Transporting Patients' clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities involved in moving patients from one location to another, typically within a healthcare or emergency services context. It specifies who is responsible for arranging and providing transportation, the standards or requirements for vehicles and personnel, and any necessary documentation or communication protocols. For example, it may require that only certified medical transport services be used for non-ambulatory patients or that patient care continues during transit. This clause ensures patient safety and continuity of care during transport, while also clarifying liability and operational expectations for all parties involved.
