TransTech Sample Clauses
The 'TransTech' clause establishes the terms under which technology or technological solutions are transferred between parties in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of technology being transferred, the rights and obligations of each party regarding its use, and any restrictions or conditions on further distribution or modification. For example, it may specify whether the recipient can sublicense the technology or must maintain confidentiality. The core function of this clause is to clearly define the parameters of technology transfer, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
