Typically, it specifies the location, construction standards, and maintenance obligations for enclosures that house trash bins or dumpsters, ensuring they are screened from public view and do not create health or safety hazards. This clause helps maintain the property's cleanliness and appearance, prevents pest infestations, and ensures compliance with local regulations regarding waste management.
