TRASH ENCLOSURE. Provide one (1) trash enclosure to contain a standard sized dumpster, located where shown on Site Plan. The enclosure shall be a minimum of 5' high, constructed of materials and finishes compatible with the exterior building and shall include access gates, concrete-filled protective pipe bollards and a concrete housekeeping pad and apron.

TRASH ENCLOSURE. Tenant shall also have sole control of the trash enclosure behind the Premises as shown in the attached EXHIBIT "A" and shall have the right to convert such enclosure into a Hazardous Materials enclosure, subject to the provisions of subparagraph 8(c) above.
TRASH ENCLOSURE. Lessor agrees to construct, at its sole cost and expense, a trash enclosure at the Premises, at the location indicated on Exhibit C to this Amendment, on or before September 30, 2010.
TRASH ENCLOSURE. Prior to any grading or other work on the Property, Developer shall submit to the City Planner, and receive the City Planner’s approval of additional details on the trash enclosure indicating location, dimensions, and proposed architectural materials to match the exterior finish of the building.

TRASH ENCLOSURE. For so long as Tenant continues to lease the entire 5453 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxmises, Landlord hereby consents to Tenant’s proposal to use the trash closure shown on Exhibit B attached hereto for the (inside) storage of its personal property from time to time, on the following terms and conditions: (i) such storage shall not impair the use of the enclosure for trash disposal, (ii) Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may secure such enclosure (including re-locking same) and shall obtain any permits for such use required by the City or any other governmental authority, and (iii) Tenant assumes all liability for loss and/or damage to its property as result of such storage, and agrees to release Landlord from any and all such losses and/or damages.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Trash Disposal Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.

  • Slash Disposal Purchaser’s timing of product removal and preparatory work shall not unnecessarily xx- xxx slash disposal. Specific slash disposal measures to be employed by Purchaser are stated in C6.7 and are in ad- dition to Required Deposits for slash disposal.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Garbage The Concessionaire will contract with and make payment directly to the provider.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.
