TRASH REMOVAL SERVICES. For all lots requiring the provision of Trash Removal Services, the Contractor is required to provide appropriately sized collection containers, provide service for the container (including all maintenance) and provide transportation of all waste materials to an appropriate facility for disposal. This lot is for the disposal of municipal solid waste which includes but is not limited to mixed waste, office waste and food waste in bins, rear or front end loaded dumpsters or roll-off containers. All waste collected under this lot must be transported to a waste processing facility for disposal. Pricing for this lot shall be provided for the following container types and sizes: 1. Item 1: Bins – 1 cubic yard capacity or smaller 2. Item 2: Dumpsters – 2 to 10 cubic yard capacity 3. Item 3: Roll-Off Containers – 20 to 40 cubic yard capacity This lot is for the disposal of municipal solid waste which includes but is not limited to mixed waste, office waste and food waste in compactors. All waste collected under this lot must be transported to a waste processing facility for disposal. Pricing for this lot shall be provided for the following container types and sizes: 1. Item 1: Compactors – 20 to 40 cubic yard capacity This lot is for the disposal of construction and demolition materials which are generated during renovation or demolition work and includes but is not limited to aggregates such as concrete, asphalt, asphalt shingles, gypsum wallboard, wood and metals. C&D materials often contain bulky, heavy materials and salvaged building components. All C&D materials are kept separate from other wastes and are delivered to an appropriate landfill for disposal. This lot is intended for waste materials generated by the day to day activities or small reconstruction projects undertaken by Authorized Users and is not intended for use with large scale construction projects. Pricing for this lot shall be provided for the following container types and sizes: 1. Item 1: Roll Off Containers – 20 to 40 cubic yard capacity This lot is for the disposal of loose or bulky Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) that is either unusually large in size including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, large auto parts, stumps and tree branches or consists of loose or bagged municipal solid waste. The Contractor is responsible for picking up and transporting all waste to a facility for disposal, and payment will be made per cubic yard of solid waste. TRASH REMOVAL SERVICES. Upon the Arrival Date & Time and at regularly scheduled intervals throughout the Service Term, Port Organizer shall remove both foreign and domestic trash, garbage, and refuse from the Berth.

  • Trash Removal The Licensee shall remove trash from the Cafeteria anytime that waste canisters are full or not less than once after every meal; whichever is greater. Any alteration to this provision must be directed in writing by the Licensing Officer.

  • Provision and Removal of Equipment B2.1 The Contractor shall provide all the Equipment necessary for the supply of the Services.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Snow Removal Only the right of way will be plowed in the parking lots. Licensee is responsible for removing snow around his/her own vehicle (without causing damage or inconvenience to any other vehicles lawfully on the Premises).

  • Personal Services No employee shall be required to perform services of a personal nature.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Debris Removal a. We will pay your reasonable expense for the removal of: (1) Debris of covered property if a Peril Insured Against that applies to the damaged property causes the loss; or (2) Ash, dust or particles from a volcanic eruption that has caused direct loss to a building or property contained in a building. b. We will also pay your reasonable expense, up to $1,000, for the removal from the "residence premises" of: (1) Your trees felled by the peril of Windstorm or Hail or Weight of Ice, (2) A neighbor's trees felled by a Peril Insured Against under Coverage C; provided the trees: (3) Damage a covered structure; or (4) Do not damage a covered structure, but: (a) Block a driveway on the "residence premises" which prevents a "motor vehicle", that is registered for use on public roads or property, from entering or leaving the "residence premises"; or (b) Block a ramp or other fixture designed to assist a handicapped person to enter or leave the dwelling building.

  • OIG Removal of IRO In the event OIG has reason to believe the IRO does not possess the qualifications described in Paragraph B, is not independent and objective as set forth in Paragraph E, or has failed to carry out its responsibilities as described in Paragraph C, OIG shall notify Provider in writing regarding OIG’s basis for determining that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix. Provider shall have 30 days from the date of OIG’s written notice to provide information regarding the IRO’s qualifications, independence or performance of its responsibilities in order to resolve the concerns identified by OIG. If, following OIG’s review of any information provided by Provider regarding the IRO, OIG determines that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix, OIG shall notify Provider in writing that Provider shall be required to engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix. Provider must engage a new IRO within 60 days of its receipt of OIG’s written notice. The final determination as to whether or not to require Provider to engage a new IRO shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Janitorial Service Landlord shall not be obligated to provide any janitorial services to the Premises or replace any light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises. Tenant shall be solely responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for (i) performing all janitorial services, trash removal and other cleaning of the Premises, and (ii) replacement of all light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises, all as appropriate to maintain the Premises in a first-class manner consistent with the first-class nature of the Building and Project. Such services to be provided by Tenant shall be performed by contractors and pursuant to service contracts approved by Landlord. Tenant shall deposit trash as reasonably required in the area designated by Landlord from time to time. All trash containers must be covered and stored in a manner to prevent the emanation of odors into the Premises or the Project. Landlord shall have the right to inspect the Premises upon reasonable notice to Tenant and to require Tenant to provide additional cleaning, if necessary. In the event Tenant shall fail to provide any of the services described in this Section 6.6 to be performed by Tenant within five (5) days after notice from Landlord, which notice shall not be required in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall have the right to provide such services and any charge or cost incurred by Landlord in connection therewith shall be deemed Additional Rent due and payable by Tenant upon receipt by Tenant of a written statement of cost from Landlord.
