Travel Immunizations. This agreement covers additional immunizations only when rendered before travel. Immunizations are only covered to the extent that such immunizations are recommended for adults and children by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The recommendations are subject to change by the CDC. Preventive screening such as pap smears, mammograms, and colonoscopies are covered based on the PPACA guidelines noted above. Coverage levels are as specified in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
