TREASURY SERVICES PROVIDED BY BMS Services Summary Description. Provider shall provide the treasury Services described below, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including Section 2 hereof). Such Services shall be provided in a manner consistent with the scope of Provider’s operating procedures and configuration of software systems as of the Separation Date.
