Common use of Treasury Transactions Clause in Contracts

Treasury Transactions. The Borrower shall not (and shall ensure that no Group Member will) enter into any Treasury Transactions, except for those entered into to hedge actual or projected interest or forward exposures arising in the ordinary course of trading and not for speculative purposes.
