Treating and Disposing. Artesian shall use its treatment facilities at Llangollen to treat raw water drawn from its Llangollen ▇▇▇▇▇ until such treatment is no longer required in order for Artesian to achieve Target Treatment Levels for Site-related COCs. Artesian shall arrange for the transportation and disposal in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, statutes, rules, regulations and requirements of any hazardous materials that result from such treatment.
