Common use of Treatment by Major Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Treatment by Major Suppliers. Each Party shall ensure that a major supplier in its territory accords suppliers of public telecommunications services of the other Party treatment no less favorable than such major supplier accords to itself, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, or non-affiliated service suppliers regarding: (a) the availability, provisioning, rates, or quality of like public telecommunications services; and (b) the availability of technical interfaces necessary for interconnection.

Treatment by Major Suppliers. Each Party shall ensure that a major supplier suppliers in its territory accords Area accord suppliers of public telecommunications transport networks or services of the other Party treatment no less favorable favourable than such major supplier accords in like circumstances to itself, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, or any non-affiliated service suppliers regarding: : (a) the availability, provisioning, rates, rates or quality of like public telecommunications services; and and (b) the availability of technical interfaces necessary for interconnection.
