Common use of Treatment of Certain Information Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Certain Information. The Borrower (a) acknowledges that services may be offered or provided to it (in connection with this Agreement or otherwise) by each Bank or by one or more of their respective subsidiaries or Affiliates and (b) acknowledges that information delivered to each Bank by the Borrower may be provided to each such subsidiary and Affiliate.

Treatment of Certain Information. The Borrower (a) acknowledges that services may be offered or provided to it (in connection with this Agreement or otherwise) by each Bank or by one or more of their respective subsidiaries or Affiliates affiliates and (b) acknowledges that any information delivered to each Bank by or its subsidiaries or affiliates regarding the Borrower may be provided to each shared among such subsidiary Bank and Affiliatesuch subsidiaries and affiliates. This Section 11.15 shall survive the repayment of the Loans and the termination of the Commitments.
