Treatment of Certain Receivables and Related Assets. It is expressly understood that (i) each CMSC Receivable sold to the Buyer hereunder, together with all CMSC Related Assets then existing or thereafter created and arising with respect thereto, will thereafter be the property of the Buyer (or its assignees), without the necessity of any further purchase or other action by the Buyer (other than satisfaction of the conditions set forth herein) and (ii) the change of a Receivable’s status from that of Unsold Home Receivable to Unbilled Receivable or from Unbilled Receivable to Billed Receivable shall not be deemed the creation of a new Receivable for any purpose.
