Common use of Treatment of Collections and Deemed Collections Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Collections and Deemed Collections. Subject to Section 3.2(a), the Sellers shall immediately deliver to the Servicer all Deemed Collections, and the Servicer shall hold or distribute such Deemed Collections in accordance with the terms hereof as if such Collections had actually been received on the date of such delivery to the Servicer. So long as any Seller or the Servicer shall hold any Collections (including Deemed Collections) required to be paid to the Servicer, any Purchaser, any Purchaser Agent, the Collateral Agent, or any Administrative Agent, the Servicer shall hold and apply such Collections in accordance with Section 1.3 and shall clearly xxxx its records to reflect the same.
