Treatment of Distributions and Proceeds of Sale and Realisation. How VCF Distributions on, and the net sale or other proceeds of realisation of, VCF Portfolio Securities are to be treated for the two years commencing on the VCF Review Date whether by retaining some or all VCF Distributions or proceeds in the Venture Capital Portfolio or transferring some or all VCF Distributions or proceeds to the Utility Portfolio; and
