Common use of Treatment of Equity Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Equity. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4, upon termination of Employee’s employment hereunder Employee’s equity interests and equity-based awards in any member of the Employer Group shall be treated in accordance with the applicable agreements governing such equity interests and equity-based awards (as such agreements may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with their terms).

Treatment of Equity. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4Sections 4.7, 4.9(a) and 4.10(a), upon termination of Employee’s employment hereunder Employee’s equity interests and equity-based awards in any member of the Employer Group shall be treated in accordance with the applicable agreements governing such equity interests and equity-based awards awards, including, without limitation, the 2024 Equity Award and Annual Equity Award Agreements (as such agreements may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with their terms).
