Treatment of Holders of Unit Certificates. The Company, the Unit Agent and all other persons may treat the registered holder of a Unit Certificate as the absolute owner thereof for any purpose and as the person entitled to exercise the rights represented by the Units evidenced thereby, any notice to the contrary notwithstanding.
