Treatment of Holders of Warrants. Each Holder of Warrants, by accepting the same, consents and agrees with the Company, the Warrant Agent and every subsequent Holder of such Warrants that until the transfer of such Warrants is registered on the books of such Warrant Agent, the Company and the Warrant Agent may treat the registered Holder of such Warrants as the absolute owner thereof for any purpose and as the person entitled to exercise the rights represented by the Warrants evidenced thereby, any notice to the contrary notwithstanding.
