The Collateral Trustee may treat the registered holder or, if none, the payee or indorsee of any promissory note or debenture evidencing a Secured Obligation as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary, whether such promissory note or debenture shall be past due or not.
