Treatment of Payee or Indorsee by Subordinated Guarantee Agent; Representatives of Credit Parties. The Subordinated Guarantee Agent may treat the registered holder or, if none, the payee or indorsee of any promissory note or debenture evidencing a Borrower Obligation as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary, whether such promissory note or debenture shall be past due or not.
